Get Ready for Vienna 2025: Kaffeesierderball and Opernball Await!
Hello Dancers!
We hope this message finds those of you who joined us in Vienna still basking in the afterglow of our unforgettable journey to the Kaffeesiederball 2024. We’re currently drafting a blog recap of our trip so keep an eye out for that!
Excitingly, the buzz for 2025 has already begun! Many of you are eagerly planning your return, and we’re thrilled to announce that our group will be even more vibrant next year, with two additional couples having already reserved their tickets for the Kaffeesiederball 2025.
Next year, we're not only revisiting the Kaffeesiederball but also adding the grandeur of the Opernball to our itinerary. The dates for the Opernball are yet to be confirmed, but we anticipate it will occur approximately five days following the Kaffeesiederball.
You are cordially invited to join us for one or both of these spectacular balls. As the planning unfolds, we’ll share a detailed blog post outlining everything you need to know.
However, it’s important to note now that tickets for the Opernball sell out swiftly. To ensure no one misses out, we’ll be handling ticket purchases directly. They go on sale on June 3rd at 2 AM CST, and we’ll brave the early hours to secure our spots.
Some things to note as you consider attending the Opernball.
1. Dress Code: The event adheres to a strict white tie dress code, which means a tailcoat is essential for gentlemen. If you need to acquire the appropriate attire, Frack & Co. in Vienna offers a seamless solution. One of our clients, Mark, successfully secured his ensemble within days of the ball this year and highly recommends the experience. Other 2024 attendees intend to follow in Mark’s footsteps in 2025! The whole getup, sans shoes, was approximately $1200. Not bad if you ask us.
2. Ticket Pricing: Entry to the Opernball is set at 385 Euros, with an additional 120 Euros for a seat—a worthy investment for a comfortable experience. Overall, with service fees, expect a ticket and seat to cost about $600/person.

If you're considering attending the Opernball, please let us know as soon as possible. This will allow us to coordinate efficiently, and we’ll reach out in May to finalize payment details.
Some other things to note: as we gear up for the 2025 ball season, we'll be hosting a series of events, classes, and workshops designed to enhance your experience. Alongside Viennese Waltz lessons, we're expanding our curriculum to include Rumba, Cha Cha, Tango, English Waltz, and other dances that were included at the ball. Moreover, we’ll be hosting workshops in December 2024 and January 2025 focused on mastering the Quadrille! We’ll keep you all informed as we move through 2024.
Thank you for being a part of our dance community. Let's make 2025 an even more spectacular year of dance and camaraderie in Vienna!
