This 75-minute class is more than just a break from routine—it’s an invitation to shift out of your head and into your body, to move and feel with intention, and to rest in the healing power of sound.

✨ What Makes This Experience Special?

Whether you're a dancer, a yogi, or simply someone seeking more peace and presence, this class offers something rare: a mindful, movement-based immersion designed to ground you, awaken your senses, and soothe your nervous system.

We’ll begin with gentle, breath-led movements inspired by yoga and somatic practices. These intuitive exercises will help release physical tension, heighten body awareness, and ease you out of overthinking and into embodied presence.

After movement, you’ll transition into stillness for a powerful sound bath experience. Surrounded by the calming vibrations of Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, and other resonant instruments, you’ll be guided into a meditative state that supports nervous system regulation and deep inner rest.

No previous experience with yoga, dance, or meditation is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to explore.

- A yoga mat and blanket for comfort during stillness

- Rental sets are available for $5 (mat + blanket + bolster)

- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and deep rest

Doors open at 7:30 PM. Please plan to arrive no later than 7:59 PM to maintain the integrity of the experience.

All levels welcome – Modifications (including chair-based options) will be provided.
