Join us as we swing dance our way into Spring! Enjoy live music from the The Gina Marie Swingtet (@ginastream) and the evening will be captured by Doug McGoldrick (@dougphotodotcom), so come dressed to impress & ready to dance. 💃🕺

We’ll kick off the party with a swing class taught by owner, Matthew Sove, before opening up the dance floor to foxtrot, waltz, and of course, swing dancing all through the night. There will be a few surprises throughout, so make sure you stay till the end!

The Details

Who: Open to clients and the public - Everyone is welcome!

When: Saturday, April 29th, 8PM-11PM

Where: Ballroom Dance Chicago’s Main Studio in Lakeview (4039b N Ravenswood Ave.)

What: Swing dance class with open dancing afterwards.

Dancing info: We will be learning and dancing to a variety of swing music. The Gina Marie Swingtet (@ginastream) will be playing a variety of music for us to dance waltz, foxtrot, and swing styles. Dance if you'd like. Sit and watch if you prefer. The night is yours so do what you'd like!

Attire: Dress up in your best swing outfits! You can check out our blog for inspiration.. Doug McGoldrick (@dougphotodotcom) will be capturing us dancing throughout the night. 😉

Cost: $35 per person

This event is BYOB! Bring wine, bring beer (no spirits please)

All refund requests should be made via email to info@ballroomdancechicago.com and must be received before 12:00 AM on Friday, April 28th. Refund requests received after that day/time will not be processed.
